Felt like home in the office and our agent Tammy was very nice. She explained things very well too, and it was nice to talk human to human about things.

I spoke with and dealt with Amy she's fantastic and explained everything simply and effectively. Any questions I had she was happy to answer and was very knowledgeable. No nonsense or a sale's woman in the sense that she wasn't trying to pitch me extras for what I wanted. Very grateful for all her help and experience in the insurance market.

Slow at processing claims and the offices no linger handle claims.. I was in a car accident in December and my agents office never once reached out to me about it. I was not at fault and had to front my deductible to start repair work in a timely manner and was then told it could take up to a year to receive my deductible back … not impressed
